Small to medium business, lodging own BAS and doesn’t require Payroll

  • Client chooses preferred accounting package MYOB or Xero
  • Chart of accounts set up electronically and coded (or supplied by your accountant)
  • All financial data entered including purchases & payments, sales receipts, bank & credit card fees/interest, cash receipts, payroll data (that has been prepared by client)
  • Bank accounts reconciled
  • All monthly financial reports including:
    Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Receivable Reconciliation, Payables Reconciliation, Accounts Payable and Receivables (Debtors)
  • Monthly or Quarterly accounts meetings by arrangement
  • Year-end Reporting
  • Accountant Liaison

Professional : $550 p/month

Suitable for:
Small to medium business requiring a full bookkeeping service plus BAS preparation/lodgement but no Payroll

Includes all of the above services plus:

  • Reconciliation of GST for Activity Statements & electronic lodgement through the BAS Agent portal
  • Instalment Activity statement preparation and lodgement
  • Preparation and lodgement of Taxable Payments Annual Report for the Construction Industry
  • Payment of bills and invoicing of clients/customers
  • Correct coding of tax codes
  • Setting up your own professional Tax Invoices Template

Premium: $750 p/month

Suitable for:
Small to medium business requiring full bookkeeping service, BAS lodgement and Payroll for up to 15 employees

Includes everything from the Standard & Professional Packages plus:

  • Payroll processing for up to 15 employees
  • Payslips & payments made to employees
  • Superannuation liabilities recorded and paid
  • Processing the superannuation guarantee charge if necessary
  • Accurate payroll report
  • Year-end Payroll reconciliation and Payments Summaries sent to employees as well as the ATO
